The World Of Data:
We live in a world where we are inundated with data which must constantly be maintained, supported and reported on. We must also contend with different systems if we want to maximize the performance of the different tasks required for success.
In most cases, the systems used to record and compile data are either fairly new, or has been utilized for many years. They have been thoroughly researched before they were implemented, did meet the requirements and still execute important tasks.
The problem is that very few can talk to other systems, and contain some of the same information, but for other reasons, therefore to keep all systems current we encounter duplication of data entry, which often results in inconsistencies which affects data integrity.
The next issue encountered is that it’s nearly impossible and certainly very costly to obtain a fully integrated system without sacrificing important facets to your business or organization. Each provider focuses on different solutions for good reasons. Focus on delivering high quality products. To do so they must specialize in Specific solutions, otherwise degradation of the properties and characteristics emerge.
In view of this new age data world, ICIT Data Systems (Intelligent Connections for Information Technology Inc.) was founded and has developed a new product called ADS (Automated Data Synchronizer). This new Data Management tool integrates and synchronizes the common denominators between different systems.
It is with great pleasure that we introduce ADS. This system provides connections to schedule, filter, link and create rules to import and/or export information from/to different Data Sources or to create a stand alone database where any information from any sources can be gathered to compile. This technology will avoid redundancies of current and efficient systems and provide better results than a fully integrated system, which is costly and still requires relinquishing some requirements.
We are proud of our team, as they worked diligently to bring you a unique and innovative tool, opening the barriers in the world of data. We are confident that our product’s only limit is within the creativeness of its users.
